The theme is basque, and the food is delicious. I had the EUR15 lunch, which included 1/4 of a bottle of wine. All of the food was excellent, including the steak for main course, and I left very ful and very happy. It's very traditional, and one of the places that seems to be run by just one person, plus two more in the kitchen. In the evening it's more expensive, but they still have a fixed price deal for 3 courses. A real find.
