Great variety of books, my boys loves it here
Everyone is very kind and helpful even if at the time you stop by they don't have the book available they make sure to have it soon.
It is also very clean in here and cozy atmosphere. We love everything about this place.

I love love this bookstore. So many books I o choose from. I found this brand new book value of 14.99 and I paid 2.00 bucks for the book! It includes stickers unused and in great condition! Of course there are other books not brand new but some

They have so many books! The prices though...pretty similar to half price for old used books. Random grabs ~$7. They do have a $1 section outside, but the books are not for me.

Listen up my fellow book lovers! Bookman in Orange is a HOT SPOT for bookworms! I'm a Bookstagrammer and loOoOove a good used book sale! The only used bookstores I frequent are Friends of the Library sales at local libraries and when I discovered Bookman, my bookish heart squealed with delight! The store is GIGANTIC and so pleasantly organized by genre, it makes treasure hunting ;) for bookish gems all the more enjoyable and seamless!! They also buy your used books for store credit! It's a win win!

So glad to have come across this bookshop on yelp! This is one of the best used bookstores in the OC. Located just outside of Old Towne Orange, it houses thousands of books, literature, historical of all sorts.

We were looking for a particular book and they have a good inventory system that didn't pull up the title. But it did not prevent Husband and I from walking home with a boxload of precious finds.

We started browsing through the dollar books outside the store. With great patience and a good eye, we were able to find about 6. One was on cheese, "The Complete Book of Cheese", looks like a nice vintage copy. I love it!

Upon entrance, there is a little seating area for those who like a place to read or ponder. The storeowner is super friendly and was able help Husband with titles he was searching for. I jumped right into the new arrival section and found a few interesting ones like "Vietnamese Communism" and "Taliban". So much to learn, so little time. Jean Paul Sartre, "The Words", caught my eye. Then I wandered, and there are plenty of aisles to wander through...I spent most of my time in the cookbook section. I built a pretty nice collection, but so far away from getting all that I would like. Added "Larousse Gastronomique", originally published in 1938, I got this Sixth Printing from 1965 and was thrilled. These are some of the treasures you will discover.

Books are very will organized in all genres. There is even a little section for the little ones where they can enjoy some reads, floor seats on padded matting.

Music streams from above with swing-era sounds. "In the Mood" gets you really in the mood to vintage old books. I know it got me!

So maybe give yourself a good hour in this shop. You are bound to find something you were not looking for! Enjoy.

I adore this wonderful used bookstore! I found great books for my three year old and also some popular graphic novels for my middle school students. The prices were super reasonable, the books were in great condition (practically new), and I also got 25% off the total due to a sale they had going on. The customer service was also great! I will definitely return to this spot. Thank you so much. :)

I love browsing the shelves here! The turnover is pretty good and I always walk out with a few books. They have clearance racks outside where all the books are $1 and their prices are fair for a used bookstore.

As a romance reader I wish their turnover for mass markets was a bit higher, but I still always find a few gems.

If you live local I would recommend following them on Instagram because they occasionally have sales.

My grandparents came here for years now since my grandfather passed we love to come with our grandmother when we're up in Orange visiting. Everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful we really enjoy shopping here

This is a bookstore, not a warehouse that sends people to space. By getting your books from one you don't support the other. Fk spaceships.

Once upon a time, this Faerie Queen decided it was time to visit the bookstores on her Yelp Collection "Bookstores" List that she was saving for a rainy day. What a delightful place! The owners are kind and helpful and have made this a well-organized, book-lover's haven. They have rare finds, as well as, every day mental fodder.
