My terrible Amazon frame broke and I needed an emergency box frame! Everyone was incredibly overpriced except for Dreamland. The customer service was beyond amazing for a family store and they were incredibly helpful. I will probably go here again when I get a new mattress!

Really bummed out.

I've bought 2 mattresses from here based on customer service alone. My first mattress was very firm initially but softened up to be exactly what I needed. The last mattress I bought felt pretty good in store & I was on a budget so I figured it was a good choice. It arrived & was hard as a rockkk. I figured I'd give it some time to break in & hopefully soften up. It's been about 9 months & it's still rock hard . I'm really disappointed because this mattress is the worst one I've ever had.
The owner was very nice when I got the mattress but if he knew this mattress wasn't good, I wish he would've told me.
The people who work here have been very nice both times I've gone so I would still recommend this place.

Dreamland Family Mattress took care of us from the start! We first met Arthur, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and very thorough with the information he was providing us with each concern we had about a Mattress. Giving us different options to choose from. I really appreciated the patience he gave us, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. While we were in the store for over an hour, we met the owners Joseph and Courtney, and just like Arthur such nice people, so knowledgeable and so friendly and easy to talk to.
I explained to them what we were looking for as well and Joseph/Arthur found the perfect mattress that my husband and I have been looking for! We ended up purchasing the Hybrid! Joseph gave us a deal we couldn't refuse!

Courtney what a doll, took care of us the rest of the way, lastly went over the delivery options! Free delivery w/our purchase and get this, it was Joseph and Courtney who made the delivery and assembled our new Hybrid/bed frames.

Had just bought a new bedroom set, I was told no need for box spring, they were wrong. We need one. Our mattress sat wat too low , we had to climb out of our bed which was frustrating & very painful on our legs & knees. Ordered a box spring from Walmart.com , not what I expected. Box springs our now metal & you have to put together yourself. Which is ok I guess, if it worked. It didn't, way to big for our bed frame. I got desperate went on Yelp looking for a regula standard box spring. No luck, nothing in stock at Ashley's or Bob's discount stores , delivery was 2 to 6 wks due to pandemic :/ . I searched for local mattress stores near me & found Dreamland in Covina. Spoke with Mr. Arthur. Answered all my questions gave, very knowledgeable , extremely patient. I love family owned businesses. Went in on Monday ,ordered my box spring no hassle. Quick delivery appt for Thursday 1:30p . No delivery charge. Delivery on time just arrived. Young couple owns the business. They are awesome very approachable. Very kind . They brought box springs in two since it's a king , Moved my mattress , set it up & took the plastic wrap. Yay!!! Easy. Love it... fit perfectly. Will be returning & recommending this place to Everyone! They are great people. Quick , affordable and Great customer service. Can't get better than that!
