Little Theatre

I think the Little Theatre is run as a charity by it's own theatre group and hires out to other groups. They generally have a new production on every couple of weeks. They also often have one man shows, comedy especially during the Comedy festival and cover bands. I've seen a few things there mostly of a high quality. There is a bar and good facilities, seats are snug but comfy. If you want to act you can join up. They often have open days to find backstage, front of house and actors who will help out. A Leicester institution go along and give it your support.

Leicester's home for quality am-dram and visiting productions. Also hosts visiting celebs for 'An Audience With ' spots. Have seen numerous quality plays here, but the recent Sherlock Holmes was a disappointment. Also a Comedy Festival venue. Good bar area. Ice creams, chocs etc sold at small front-of-house outlet.
