Horrible management, no cold water and rooms were extremely hot. Management not receptive to guests concerns and rude.

Marvelous architecture, inspired by typicals canarians constructions, standing out widely compared to the ugly buildings in the center of Maspalomas and at playa del ingles.
The cuisine of the italian restaurant on the place is delicious. Fresh and on demand breackfast each morning.
Marvelous pool complex with nice gardens.
There is a pool to stay cool, another one with sea water , two for childrens and two other big ones. A very clean hotel.
Excellent experience with the spa area.
One of the most beautiful hotel in Gran canaria.
