LTC Tyres & Exhausts

My advice to anyone thinking of buying from this company is DONT! I bought Maxxis tyres from them, one of which incurred a puncture and ruined the tyre. I found out out from another dealer that it should have been covered for free replacement under Maxxis lifetime guarantee but, due to LTC policy of not informing the public, I had been ignorant of it and therefore had not registered it. when I complained to LTC I was told they hadn't got time for that, followed by a tirade of abuse the like of which I have never before heard from a business owner. Others have had similar experiences. This company has no intention whatsoever of fulfilling its obligations to the public and if you buy from them and have cause to complain you will regret it.
Subsequent to the above I was contacted by the business owner who was disappointed by the feedback and keen to resolve the dispute. He offered to reimburse me for my losses and promptly did so. I did not expect this and was pleasantly surprised. His attitude was one of reconciliation and as a result I expect that the company will now look at this aspect of their service to ensure no further dissatisfaction.
