This is my go to store. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I found this location during the Covid days when Amazon shopping was in full swing for our family. Of course this meant multiple returns which was very fast at this location. Very satisfied.

I took 12"x12"x36" +/- package weighing 22 pounds and asked for the price to send it to Southrrn California. The clerk sad $354. I questioned that so another clerk confirmed the price. I left and sent it from Fed Ex, insured for $54.

After reading the reviews of this store, I was very concerned. However, I needed to get a live scan and it was the only store that was open and in my area. It was busy but the staff worked diligently and the line went down fast. I was told that I needed to return at 1030 for the service. No worries, I returned at 1035. My live scan process was completed in about 5 mins. I paid and was on my way.

Saw two employees tell a customer to do their own amazon return at the amazon return kiosk--especially on a non-busy day when 2 employees are not doing very much at all. This customer was not employed by the store to be doing their own amazon drop offs and scanning. Two young ladies just watched the customer slowly do his self return. I, too, was directed to do the same. This UPS store didn't hire me to process, pack my amazon returns with their equipment, when I only came in to do a drop off. Please, hire more workers--or put those lazy ones mentioned earlier to do more work.

I went there less than two weeks ago to ship an item to a friend who lives an hour away. The sales associate at the store said my small package weighed so little it could be shipped using stamps so I did that based on her recommendation with no tracking. My friend never received her item in the mail. I am furious. I will never do business with this location ever again

If you need to get something printed-stop in the this UPS store. Sam helped me and she was very friendly and quick. They had 32lb paper and did an amazing print job for me. All I had to do was email my pdf and the job was done within a few minutes. I have saved their email and I will be back!

I went to store at 8:58, door was unlocked. The worker just showed up. Door was unlocked so I opened and immediately told we are not open. I have my toddler son with me and asked if we could wait inside until 9, she was very rude. I will take my business elsewhere. Just for what appeared to be 2 minutes, and terrible staff.

I'd like to add to my last post. The item I shipped has yet to be delivered to my buyer. Hmmmm zero stars!!!
