Got an amazing coffin shape pink and white ombre set! Shape was on point! Ombre was prefectly blended. The best part was i was in and out! Such a great job in great timing. I also got my eyebrows wax too.
They came out clean! Attention to detail and didn't ruin my shape!
The salon itself is beautiful! They put alot of time and money into this place. Everything was beautifully coordinated. Very clean and high class.
Pricing was very affordable as well. New set pink and white coffin ombre set and brow wax $55!! Cant beat that! Walked out feeling like a million bucks!

Went to this store last week in search of dining table set, bar stools for my island, console set, master bedroom set, and a reclining sectional for my new home we just purchased. I never felt more uncomfortable shopping! I went midweek, after a long day of work to pick out my dream furniture to match in my dream home. This young and stuck up lady gave us so much attitude! I figured, ok everyone has a bad day, brush it off. Her attitude was so distasteful i finally just said i will let you know when i need help. The husband and I will just take a look around. She followed me like a hawk! Never more then 2 feet away! I finally just said lets just go. What was she thinking? I, like many people, don't respond well to such behavior. I came in to purchase many items, and left empty handed! Such a disappointment. She was acting like i was going to stick a table in my purse and run!! I will never be back here. I will also tell my many new neighbors in our new development not to waste there time here either.

I went to the Santana Row location, and wasn't treated with any respect after spending over $5k in treatment. So i thought i would give the Los Gatos location a call and see if i could use the rest of my services at their location. I was in luck! I was able to get an appointment. I did coolsculpting and botox. They did a fantastic job! Customer service was on point! They went into great details on the before, during and after care of my procedures. I couldn't be happier!! I recommend this location! Hands down the best location!

Stopped by this nail shop while visiting some fam. They did an awesome french overlay! They took there time ensuring lines were even! Very impressed. Great customer service. I will return on my next visit to Hollister!
